Upholstery cleaning · Auckland-wide
Upholstery cleaning in Aucklandbrought back to life.
Lounge suites, armchairs, dining chairs and squabs — deep hot-water extraction lifts out the body oils and grime that flatten fabric, finished with a low-pH rinse so it's soft, fresh and touch-dry in 2–4 hours.

In short
Sofas and chairs, soft and fresh again.
Upholstery cleaning in Auckland — fibre-matched hot-water extraction for sofas, lounge suites, armchairs and dining chairs, touch-dry in 2–4 hours, no sticky residue. A low-pH conditioning rinse lifts the body oils, grime and odour out of the fabric and leaves it soft, not crunchy — and on a fabric sofa, the same hot-water extraction shown to kill dust mites clears the allergen a well-used couch quietly collects. IICRC-trained and owner-operated from our Henderson base, we clean fabric and leather upholstery across West Auckland, the North Shore and Central — an honest price by piece, before we start.

What an upholstery clean includes
A real refresh, fibre by fibre.
The same honest method as everything we do — a straight read first, the tuned clean matched to your fabric, and no surprises.
- Deep grease- and oil-extraction across the whole piece — the everyday body oils and grime that dull the fabric, drawn out with heat.
- Fibre-matched heat settings — we read your care tag first (the W / S / WS / X code) and test a hidden patch, so the method suits your fabric, not the other way round.
- Fabric and leather both — leather is cleaned and conditioned to feed the hide; suede and delicate specialty fabrics we assess by the care label first.
- Pet- and kid-safe pre-sprays and a low-pH conditioning rinse — soft to the touch, no sticky residue left where you sit.
- Controlled moisture — we don't soak the cushions; most suites are touch-dry in 2–4 hours with a little airflow, a bit longer after odour treatment or in poor airflow or high humidity.
The honest bit: some fabrics are "dry clean only", and deep-set marks or old discoloration may not fully lift. We check the care label, test a hidden area, and give you a straight read before we start — never after.

Honest pricing
Priced by the piece, not by guesswork.
A two-seater, a big corner suite, a set of dining chairs — the price follows what you've got, and you see the exact number before you book. No surprises.
Good to know
Straight answers, before you book.
Most suites are touch-dry in 2–4 hours with a little airflow — crack a window or run a fan and it moves along nicely. It takes a bit longer if we've done an odour treatment, or on a still, humid day with poor airflow. We keep the moisture controlled so cushions are never soaked.
Usually a big improvement, often gone. We treat odour at the source with an enzyme treatment rather than masking it with fragrance, and lift marks with a fabric-safe stain treatment. Deep-set or long-standing pet odour can need more than one pass, and we'll give you a straight read on the day about what will and won't fully lift.
We match the method to your fabric, not the other way round. We check the care label, test a hidden patch first, and set the heat to suit the fibre. Some fabrics are marked "dry clean only" — those we won't hot-water clean, and we'll tell you straight rather than risk it.
Upholstery is priced per piece — you only pay for what you have, and you'll see the exact number before you book. A quick photo of the suite and any marks gets you an accurate quote in about 90 seconds, with no on-site markup.
Often most will — but not always, and we give you a straight read first. Fresh marks lift best; old, set-in, sun-faded or dye-lost areas won't come back to new. We'll tell you what will and won't lift before we start, not after — no false promises.
Leather, yes — cleaned and then conditioned to feed the hide so it stays supple. Suede and delicate specialty fabrics we assess by the care label first and tell you honestly what's safe — some are genuinely "dry clean only" and we won't risk them.
Every 12–18 months for a family sofa — sooner if you have pets, allergies, or light-coloured fabric that shows the everyday body oils and dust it soaks up. Regular cleaning stops the grime setting in and keeps the fabric feeling soft.
